Peyton Marshall 
Peyton Marshall is a consultant working with private companies on business development, strategy and financing. Previously, he has served as Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer at PanacosPharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: PANC), Chief Financial Officer of EPIX Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: EPIX) and as Chief Financial Officer of The Medicines Company (NASDAQ: MDCO) through their initial public offering and the commercial launch of Angiomax®. Prior to that he was an investment banker in London at Union Bank of Switzerland, and at Goldman Sachs where he was head of European product development. He has served on the faculty in the Economics department at Vanderbilt University. Dr. Marshall holds an AB in Economics from Davidson College and a PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Steven Forth 
Steven Forth is CEO of LeveragePoint and sits on our Board of Directors. An expert in human & organizational performance, learning and knowledge management, he is responsible for our strategic direction, finances and key relationships.
Prior to leading LeveragePoint he was the Vice President of Online Solutions at the eMonitor unit of Monitor Group. Steven has extensive experience with technology startups. Before joining Monitor he co-founded the identify and social media company CrowdTrust and was CEO of Recombo. He was identified by the ASTD’s magazine Training as one of the emerging leaders of the learning industry in the 21st century.
Ed Mallen 
Ed Mallen has over 25 years of professional management experience in software and systems. He started his career at IBM. As vice president of US sales at Interleaf he was part of the team that built the company to $100 million in sales, an IPO and subsequent financings. As vice president of software products for Xerox Imaging Systems he led the marketing and development of TextBridge, which became the premiere OCR product in the world. He joined Xionics as an executive vice president at an early stage, and helped grow the company to $40 million in sales, building the sales, support, product management and marketing teams that positioned Xionics for a successful IPO. As president and CEO of Profile Systems he led the company’s success in pursuing vertical markets and solutions, leading to acquisition by Comergent Technologies, where he became a Senior Vice President. He was most recently CEO of OzVision, a leading supplier of video services for the security industry. A graduate of Macalester College in St. Paul, he is a board member and CEO of TimeTrade Systems In. and former board member of eCopy (NUAN).
