Steven Forth

Chief Executive Officer

Steven Forth is CEO of LeveragePoint and sits on our Board of Directors. An expert in human & organizational performance, learning and knowledge management, he is responsible for our strategic direction, finances and key relationships.

Prior to leading LeveragePoint, he was the Vice President of Online Solutions at the eMonitor unit of Monitor Group. Steven has extensive experience with technology startups. Before joining Monitor, he co-founded the identify and social media company CrowdTrust and was CEO of Recombo. He was identified by the ASTDs magazine Training as one of the emerging leaders of the learning industry in the 21st century.

Jay Manson

Vice President, Sales

Jay Manson is the Vice President of Sales, responsible for driving customer adoption of LeveragePoint’s Value Management Solutions. He comes to LeveragePoint with over 15 years in business development, sales and sales management experience, and has spent the past 10 years in the value-based marketing, pricing and sales industry. Jay’s primary focus is on new customer acquisition and refining and communicating LeveragePoint’s unique value proposition.

Formerly, He was the National Account Executive at Vendavo, Jay drove their penetration into medical device, high technology and information industries using his knowledge and understanding of how to leverage value to drive growth, margin and profit improvement. Prior to Vendavo, he served as Director of Business Development in Monitor’s Strategic Pricing Group and as Managing Director for Benchmark Partners.

When Jay is not in the office you can find him rowing on the Charles River or coaching his kids’ hockey teams.

Ed Arnold

Vice President, Products

Ed Arnold directs product design and development and drives the go-to-market strategy for LeveragePoint’s suite of on-line intelligent tools. Ed brings over twenty years of advisory services experience working with clients to frame, develop and activate their marketing strategy. His particular expertise is in embedding capability into organizations using technology, most recently collaborative (web 2.0) design.

Previously, he held senior positions at Communispace, Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, and OmniTech Consulting Group. He has written several articles about technology and organizational effectiveness. Ed holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from New York University and M.A. and B.A. degrees in Political Science from Boston University.

Neil Davies

Vice President, Engineering

Neil Davies is the Vice President of Engineering at LeveragePoint. He is the architect of the LeveragePoint platform that provides the basis of all LeveragePoint on-line products. Neil is a passionate advocate of Cloud Computing, Semantic Technologies and open-source projects. He has presented at major conferences on Semantic Technologies and is a regular contributor to open-source projects. Previously, Neil spent 8 years at Monitor Group and before that at Logica CMG in London.

Suzanne Glazer

Director of Business Management

Suzanne Glazer is the Director of Business Management and is responsible for managing LeveragePoint’s day-to-day finances, contracts and organizational development. Prior to the formation of LeveragePoint, Suzanne worked for 10 years as a Consultant and Project Manager at Monitor Group. Before joining Monitor, she worked as an IT Consultant at CSC Consulting and Systems Integration. Suzanne earned her B.A. in Economics from Wellesley College.
