Standard Services are included with annual group subscription and are comprised of:
- Implementation - User set-up, company branding, upload company-specific materials such as value drivers, formulas, and references (provided they are in final, ready form)
- Initial Training - Two-hour training session delivered via web-meeting
- Adoption Support - Minimum 1-day (additional days provided for larger group) consulting on integrating value management into existing business/training processes plus advice on internal communication planning
- Technical Support - Tier-2 email support (weekdays only)
Additional Services are available and include:
- Custom Configuration - Development of product, customer, and/or competitor databases that preload value model templates. These can be converted from existing spreadsheet based value models.
- Custom Research - Conducting a secondary/primary research program to develop an in-depth database of customer economic models that are integrated into the online tool.
- Value Model Coaching - On-demand scheduled access to value management experts for assistance in building or reviewing value models.
- Value Management, Pricing, and Value Selling Workshops - Instructor-led, onsite training programs facilitated by experts customized to specific learning objectives.
- Systems Integration - Linking value communication to existing CRM and/or content management systems. Other possible systems integration are price management and other financial systems.
